About this event

This weekly 1 hour 15 minute standing partner acrobatics class focuses on building strong fundamentals in a supportive, safe, and encouraging environment. No partner or prior experience is required—whether you’re brand new to acro or looking to develop new skills, you’ll be met exactly where you’re at. Through step-by-step instruction, you’ll gain strength, balance, and confidence while exploring the foundations of standing partner acrobatics. Each class includes clear progressions toward specific standing skills, as well as essential ground-based drills to support proper technique and body awareness. Our goal is to help you move safely, efficiently, and confidently as you grow your abilities as an acrobat.
