VETERAN BENEFITS & COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR
Serving Those Who Served, and the Families Who Stand Beside Them
Saturday, November 7, 2026
New Life Christian Center, 6610 W US Highway 90, San Antonio, TX 78227
Benefits Fair: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Blood Drive: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Bring the whole family! Veterans, spouses, caregivers, children, and neighbors are all invited to a free, fun, and life-changing day of resources, hands-on learning, and community. Whether you served for 4 years or 40, care for someone who did, or simply want to support our heroes, there is something here for you.
What’s Waiting for You:
VA Benefits Education: Get real answers about healthcare enrollment, disability claims, and pension eligibility, straight from the experts.
TRICARE Prime Information with CHRISTUS Santa Rosa: Meet the US Family Health Plan (USFHP) team and learn about the TRICARE Prime option available right here in San Antonio for military retirees and families.
Learn to Save a Life! Hands-On CPR Station: Practice real CPR skills on adult and infant manikins and see a live AED (Automated External Defibrillator) demonstration. Great for parents, grandparents, caregivers, and teens. You could be the reason someone goes home to their family.
Caregiver & Spousal Support: Discover resources designed for the loved ones and caregivers who serve alongside our veterans every day.
Mental Health & Wellness: Connect with counseling, stress relief, and support programs for veterans and families.
Give the Gift of Life! Blood Drive with South Texas Blood & Tissue (9 AM to 2 PM): One donation can help save up to three lives, and every donor receives a $10 H-E-B gift card! Teens who are 16 may be eligible to donate with parental consent. Scan the QR code on the blood drive flyer to schedule your appointment.
Community Connections: Meet fellow veterans, military families, and local organizations who are here to help.
Admission is FREE. Invite a veteran, bring a friend, and come ready to learn, connect, and be blessed.
