Looking for a way to stay active, meet new people and support your health?
Southside Collaborative is excited to welcome community members to our newest Health Club location at El Carmen Wellness Center.
Health Club is a welcoming place to move, learn, connect with others and support your health at your own pace. Activities may include gentle movement, wellness education, stress-relief activities and opportunities to connect with helpful community resources.
Everyone is welcome, and there is no cost to attend.
