Students will build strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning basic mounts, poses, and transitions. You will receive step-by-step instruction, ensuring your safety and providing a supportive environment to explore this enchanting aerial apparatus. Upon successful completion of the series, students will be eligible to advance to the next level course, where they’ll continue to refine their technique and expand their aerial vocabulary.
