Guided by Ana Flores and Yoga Divina , these immersive sound experiences invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and find balance through soothing vibrations and mindful stillness all alongside the calming flow of the San Antonio River. Bring a mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to get comfortable as you start your Sunday with intention.
