Intro to Handstands

About this event

Whether you're working toward your very first handstand or looking to improve your balance and control, this all-levels class will meet you where you are! Build the strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness needed to get upside down through progressive conditioning, drills, wall work, and handstand training. Beginners will learn safe foundations and techniques for working toward a handstand, while more experienced students can refine alignment, increase hold time, and work on more challenging progressions. 🤸 Beginner friendly. No handstand experience required! Exercises and progressions will be adapted to each student's current level.
