Neurodivergent Runners

About this event

Looking for a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and connect with other ND students?

Neurodivergent Support Group is a peer-support space for autistic and other neurodivergent UTSA students, including ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences\\ , and other cognitive processing or developmental disabilities.

We meet for 60 minutes to talk about real college life and share what actually helps. Topics are peer led and can include making friends, getting involved on campus, study strategies, self advocacy, time management, execut ive functioning, and navigating stressful weeks.

No formal diagnosis needed. If you are professionally diagnosed or you self identify as neurodivergent, you are welcome here.

Come build community, feel less alone, and leave with a few tools you can try right away!
