About this event

This clinic is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of the Olympic Lifts that we do in class. You will be given instruction on form and technique. It is a hands on clinic so you will practice the lifts. The clinics are held every Saturday from 10:00-11:00 AM. There is a $30 fee for each clinic you attend.
